I am even more frustrated with mweb. Three weeks later and they finally respond telling me that I didnt call them. And that they have extended all contracts to 31st march from the original of 31st December 2019. So now they expect me to pay them until 31 january 2020 for services I am not using as I've immigrated. Pathetic con artists ...
