MWEB extremely dissapoiting during times when internet is so essential (bad service)

Mweb after sales the most disappointing, their call center so inefficient, you hold forever and most agent sending you from one agent to the other for no assistance... I so want to cancel but require internet so urgently as i left another service provider to join them..
