Mweb Exceptionally Poor Customer Service!!

These guys are clueless!!! Firstly calling them doesn't work as they never get to your call, even after 30 minutes of holding on, and then you are just cut off!

Secondly, they have a ticket system running where you can register a Query. The people who deal with this can either not read, or are completely clueless. They keep on giving me the same answer even though I go to some length to explain why their answer did not solve the problemm.

So, if you don't make use of them as a ISP never do.!
