MWeb Excellent service delivery

I would like to thank Rory Fortuin at MWeb in Cape Town. I ordered my Fibre Package on the 18th of June and my Router was received on the 23rd of June. Rory phoned me within a few minutes after I spoke to Vumatel to place my order. He also sent me an email to explain to me what to expect. I was updated via sms from MWeb on a daily basis explaining how far the process is. Big thanks to Rory and Kevin Rogers from Vumatel.
