Mweb excellent customer service

<p>Just wanted to comment on my experience with mweb so far. The reason I chose mweb a while back was partly due to their cheap packages but also partly because they respond to social media enquiries and complaints (hellopeter as well) where other providers does not. They are actively trying to improve customer satisfaction which is awesome. I recently had a connection problem whereby they responded above expectations and even reimbursed me for time offline when it was not even their fault but that of Telkom. Very happy and I will definitely recommend Mweb to any internet user.</p>
