Mweb epic fail, yet again...looking for another fibre supplier...please contact me ASAP!
Called to ask about my uncapped fibre connection... which had just been capped! Spent 15 minutes on the phone with different telesales staff mumbling away, unable to give me prices for an upgrade or sort out my problem (also, wouldn't give their names!). They offered to call me back with all the details...never heard from them again....

14 Jan 2019, 15:39The lady I spoke to was Asheka. A very sweet lady, but surprisingly little knowledge of mweb systems or products. She has promised that someone will call me back by Thursday. I have been calling around some other providers and some of them actually seem to understand what they are selling. By the time I hear back from mweb I am sure I will have found a more competent provider. You see mweb, rudeness and incompetence do not always triumph ;-)
