MWEB - Endless Disappointments - Waste of time!!!!!!

Pathetic Service. In my area, I have no choice but to have the 20/10 service that can only be renewed with a voucher.... no option available for me to purchase a voucher and no other alternative. Last issue I reported (and still have), online query took over 14 days for a call back and every phone call takes me to a long queue where I need to wait (on the phone) at my personal expense.

Very disappointing service (or lack of service).... lets see if your competitors treat me better. I will be taking my many friends and family who I recommended to MWEB with me.
