Mweb employees work like they are doing us a favour the company can go to hell for all I care

We have been with Mweb for 3 years nowwanted to downgrade our Mweb fibre package, instead they downgrade from their side without changing the router in the house as they advised, it has now been 3 weeks without internet but we paid month end for the previous service, whenever we call to do a follow up of the “escalation” we are told there’s no feedback yet they awaiting feedback or someone will call us. We decided to cancel because of their pathetic service, they only calling us the day after we cancelled to tell us they are sending a technician, we told them to hell with their services. MWEB don’t care about their customers it is like they are doing us a favour by assisting us. Be warned.
