MWeb employees are the worst

MWeb employees are the worst. I ordered fibre for my home exactly two months ago. It was supposed to take at most 14 days for me to get connected. Everytime I call no one picks up and no one ever gets back to you. Finally today I got through and the woman really didn't care, she may as well have been chewing gum, how little she cared. I wanna escalate my complaint
