Mweb Email... Why pay a monthly 'subscription' fee for an email service that is so pathetic??

I have had an Mweb email address since, probably, the inception of email in South Africa. Hence since the late 90's. I have diligently been paying my "subscription fee... really???" of R79 per month for.... ever.

However, this is the Nth time that I have had major issues with the Mweb email server. Why on earth should I have to delete old mails to make more space for my inbox.... and subsequently lose EVERY single blasted email from Outlook as well???? And not only this, absolutely NOWHERE is there any offer to purchase a larger mailbox on their site. Zimbra. What a farce. I am so angry I could scream. This is now the Umpteenth time that I have lost vital emails.
