Mweb Email tech queries

I am currently hanging on to the phone to lodge a technical query with my Mweb email account. As I speak I have been hanging on for 2 hours 10 minutes and 29 seconds (and counting). When I was first connected the prompt said I was 3rd in thequeue. Now I am first. Still holding on. This is the worst teleservice I have ever encountered.
