Mweb email - no assistance of any kind

I suddenly have to use my email through html. Has never happened before. I cannot access help of any kind. Pages not found. Helpline rings for a few minutes then cuts off. Why the deafening silence. I have been a client for more than 20 years! Most disappointing indeed!
