Mweb email impossible to cancel

Mweb make it completely impossible to cancel your account. If you try and do it online it says you are not authorised, if you try by phone you hold on for 15 minutes and then get cut off or else the accounts department aren't taking calls at the moment. Really, I just want to stop my account. How can they make it so difficult?
