Mweb Email address

I have been trying for months to cancel an email address our club no longer uses. There is no function on their website to do this. Phoned the number provided, selected the necessary option and the only response I ever got was "we can't help with this go back to main menu". I tried daily but never got further. Then got onto Facebook and asked for help on their page. Was asked for our email address which I duly supp**** by no response to date. I am paying for something I do not use or want but I am not allowed to cancel it - very poor policy in my mind.
