MWeb

I joined MWeb November 2022 but the internet subscription was only activated in April 2023. I obviously had converted to another internet subscriber by this time so what did MWeb do? Send me a R 4220.38 bill for my cancelation even though they had clearly breached the contract by activating my subscription 5 Months later.

Long Story Short Attorney's were involved and I have just received a R 0.00 invoice. it causes for celebration but they've been listing me as a Bad Payer since April and this has dented my Credit Score a bit and I still have not received any apology from them but that's how life is sometimes I guess.
