Mweb

MWEB used to offer a great service, now it seems to be that they do not care too much about their clients. They have just increased their prices effective 1 Jan 2024. I have on numerous occasions complained to them that I am paying for the package of 50/25 line speed when in fact I am not getting anywhere close to these speeds. I tested my speeds today and found that all I am getting is 34.8/14.7 which is a far cry from what I am paying for. This problem has been ongoing for many months. There have been numerous queries logged with MWEB and each time a technical person goes through the usual test with me, the same result happens. The bottom line is that MWEB is constantly short-changing me, I am paying for something that I am not getting. Attempts to rectify the situation remain unresolved. One wonders how many other MWEB customers are being short changed?
