Horrible service. You can never get hold of them. It takes 3 hours of holding on the line for them before they answer and then they drop the call on you. Most of their staff is rude, sometimes you are lucky to get through to someone who can actually help you, that is rare. They tell you you don't owe any money, your balance shows you are in minus, actually owed money. They hold their service as ransom, and then charges you a connection fee, the very next day they cut you off and then all of a sudden no one answers any calls or any live chats and no one knows what's wrong. And then you cannot do anything about it.
