Where do I even begin

The customer care line is always busy. You can easily spend up to an hour listening to the annoying music they playing. And to top it all off, you are charged for the call by you service provider. So it's not a toll-free line.

So many times my technical issues are not resolved adequately.

The queries I log is closed without proper resolution

I am trying to cancel my contract but the app won't allow me to log the query. It's gotten quite frustrating to cancel. It doesn't work online. And trying to call the customer centre has beared little fruit. At this point I believe mweb is trying to make it difficult to cancel so that they keep *****ing my money for a product I no longer use.
