Mweb dropped the ball.

Ordered fibre for home two months ago from mweb and have heard absolutely nothing since. Tried phoning several times, (I just get put on hold), sent several messages through their website with no replies at all. Been with mweb since its inception and have not had problems with them before but this takes the cake. Useless communication and makes me think I should really change service providers.
