Mweb - Dreadful service
Mweb is an absolute shambles. They claim to have numbers one can call, but I have sat on the phone for hours and hours and I think the numbers given are a sham. (I once sat at number 1 in the queue for 20 minutes) The chat bot /agent does not respond., it keeps repeating How can I asssit you. They do not have an email address. There is literally NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. So if something goes wrong - in my case , I am paying a monthly debit order, but they are simultaneously whatsapping me that my account is in arrears, there is no means to sort this out. I am at the end of my tether. I would not recommend this company to anyone
