MWeb don't follow up on customer requests

I called MWeb Sales several weeks ago and asked for my Vumatel box to be moved to a different location in my house. Since then I have heard nothing. I have tried phoning but none of the call centre staff have been able to get my request actioned. So it's +3 weeks and nothing.
