MWEB DONT FALL FOR THE SALES LIES

Hello Peter, i am truly appalled by the service and promises made by MWEB. I have spent over R1000 in 6 days. I was with a service provider and switched to MWEB. No istallation needed because SADV has already installed the unit router. I was promised by the Sales agent the switch process would take 24 to 48 hrs as i already have the router installed. It is now 6 days later am unable to work from home and my company wants to take as unpaid leave. I feel that what was promised and what i am sitting with is totally unaccepable.I requested for a manager to call me two days ago and am still waiting. MWEB service is a total disater and customer service is not a priority in any way not even the head office number exists when you call. SO I LOSE MY JOB and mweb will get back to me. PATHETIC AND SO CONSIDERATE
