Mweb DONT COMMUNICATE

I presume Mweb may read these messages from “hello peter” If they please take note of the following:. I cannot communicate with mweb . tried phoning them, but their response time exceeds the available air time I have. They don’t respond to facebook messages and one message I left on the phone, never got a response. Now I have noway of contacting them I have run out of options. My internet has been intermittent for months. They state it’s a Telkom issue. NOT MY PROBLEM, my contract is with mweb not Telkom. . I requested fiber. NO REPONSE. I can’t continue with this Mweb is in violation of my contract with them and I now wish to cancel. Mweb if you read this please can someone from Accounts contact me so that I can cancel and get a responsive and adequate service from else where, which you are NOT PROVIDING. Cell ***
