Mweb don’t care

I gave notice to moving@Mweb in early June that I was moving and accepted a fibre product for Brooklyn. The day I moved I was told openserve would need to connect. Why was this not done prior my moving is very unprofessional. That was the 28th June. Today is August the 8th. After numerous requests to just give me a date for connection and to suggest an alternative solution in the meantime, nothing. No initiative, no caring for you as a customer NOTHING!!! I have been with Mweb for 5 years with some trouble before. Really disappointed.
