MWEB don't answer their phones.

Is there anything you can do to get these guys to answer their phone. If you want a new product, they answer you in no time. Want client service, the time just ticks on, with your precious airtime being chewed up. The web sites also don't allow you to remove a product yourself, like I am trying to cancel my VOIP service.
