MWEB domain transfer difficulties - lack of communication

We would like to transfer a domain away from MWEB. Transferring domains is usually a smooth and easy process. MWEB makes this process not only difficult, but also do not respond to emails, making it nearly impossible to communicate.

I will strongly advise against doing business with MWEB, they do not carry their customer's interst at heart. It seems like over the years they grew into a company who only care about their status and not the wellbeing of their customers.
