Mweb domain order not processed in over a month!

I registered a domain with Mweb a month ago. The order still has not been processed and I’ve spent two days dealing with their useless call centre who just keep transfering me from person to person. Currently been on the phone for 32 minutes with the useless call centre idiots and still waiting. When did mweb turn into Telkom? Useless!!!!!
