MWEB DOING NOTHING

Its been exactly a month today since i last had any internet activity.<br> <br> At this point im phoning mweb on a daily basis and still nothing.<br> <br> Keep promising they will phone me back and keep me up to date. Nothing at all.<br> <br> Even there management would have phoned me.<br> <br> Fist complaint wasn't even filed by mweb. <br> <br> After the 3rd call they filled a complaint/case.<br> <br> First complaint was closed without doing anything. Absolutely nothing at all. Didnt call back to see if the problem was resolved like they promised. no sms\s as promised. Just silence.<br> <br> Second complaint was now filed weeks ago still absolutely nothing status of complaint haven't change.<br> no feedback from call center no management as promised multiple times.<br> <br> Really bad service<br> <br> And as i look through the other responses from Mweb they will probably only reply with<br> <br> "As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant this matter has now been addressed.\""<br> <br> and nothing will happen after that<br> <br> """
