Mweb doesn't want to talk to you

I have struggled for weeks to try and get hold of someone at Mweb. It is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone, let alone get anyone to respond via their electronic channels. Their APP has a chat service - no one ever replies. Their website has a chat option - no one ever gets back to you. Our home internet has been erratic for months, but no technical query has ever been responded to. Now all I want to do is cancel my subscription, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that either! Worse than useless.
