Mweb?? Doesn't seem they need knew clients.

Does Mweb need knew clients or perhaps they have reached their quota? I've been trying since forever to acquire a fibre connection. Last communication received was on 7th August. I sent in an email showing that my line has been released due to another company's blunder yet still no communication. Still no fibre. Still no connection. Received a phone call then put on hold then call is canceled. No CALL BACK! Initially I thought great they seem helpful but that faded. Perhaps I need to take my business elsewhere??
