Mweb doesn't refund your money/ No customer service

I placed an order with Mweb to get fiber as I cancelled the one I was using. I paid the upfront fee they require which is R250 upfront so my order can be processed. The consultant called me to let me know that the company that is supposed to insert the fiber has put my area on hold. She said that it can take up too several months so I decided to cancel. I was told that I will be refunded my R250 within 7 working days. That was the 27 April 2024, It is 13 May and I still haven't receive my money. You cant even get through to customer service the only time you get through is when you say you are a new client looking for product. I cant even get an email address to send to them.
