MWEB DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!!!!

It is now Day 16 still no WiFi and no one is saying anything, i don't understand how you don't care about your customers, your service is really horrible and for a tech company it is really disappointing, how difficult should it be to reconnect an existing customer when moving premises. yet at the end of the month you want to us to pay full amount.
