MWEB - Does not WOW

There is nothing worse than trying to resolve a technical problem with your internet / emails than having to hold onto a call for over 30 minutes, and depleting your air time! This is shocking. I needed to speak to a technical person and NOT have to interact with a chatbot. I am beyond furios. I have been a loyal customer of MWEB for over 20 years. WOW! this is disgusting.
