MWEB does not want to take your money or onboard you as new client!!!

I tried to reach out to MWeb in January 2020 for a sales person to call me. No luck there so i tried Twitter as a mean of reaching to them. I got a replay from them with a msg "We will call you". Todate no call. I tried to ask them about the call "backlog of phone calls" SINCE FREAKING JANUARY!!! MWeb is a company that has no regards about its client base they might offer good prices where I stay but this service is beyond me.
