MWEB does not want to release domain name

I have a problem with MWEB to release my company's domain name [URL Removed] with email address [Email Removed] I have send numerous emails and Reza de Vos pick up the call. This person is not helping me in getting my company's domain name release. It is now almost a week and nothing has been done. I cannot believe that it takes that long in today's day and age of technology to release a domain name. I have send email and print screens showing MWEB where the problem is, but nothing is happening. Can someone from MWEB please release my company's domain? Some help would be appreciated here. Thank you
