MWEB does not seem to want to assist

All I wanted to do was open a fibre line with MWEB. I wanted to contact them via email. No email address listed on their site! An ISP does not have an email address for contact! So i tried to lodge a query... Continuously received error messages, system did not work. So I tried calling them. I was in queue 3 times, and they just kept cutting my call!

Pathetic service.
