mweb does not have the capacity to install fibre

Anyone receiving a call from mweb please respond NO NO NO! I have been a loyal customer of mweb for many many years. Yet at the time when we are forced to migrate because of Mweb poor decision with CellC, it is impossible to resolved an outstanding installation issue for fibre after 2 months. Mweb does not have the capacity to install fibre. Refuse any service.
