Mweb does not have integrity

My experience with Mweb was actually pretty good. I felt they throttled us a bit much, but that is was everyone says.

That is until I cancelled my contract in March 2018. They refused to accept the cancellation and kept on putting their debit order through.

Now they have actually given my account to debt collectors. I think that is totally unnecessary, and they should just go through their records to see my cancellation. But why would they?
