MWEB does not deliver what the sell!!!

I was sold a Fibre connection and numerous (3 x exactly) reminded during a recorded conversation that when I breach 175Gb of uncapped data, I will be throttled. Surprise! on 90Gb I was throttled and upon questioning this with Technical support was told that in fact, users are constantly monitored and when data usage is high, and predicted to breach the 175Gb, they are being throttled in advance. This is not what was sold to me, and my attempts to now have this investigated by listening to the sales pitch during my recorded conversations with Sales representative is being blatantly ignored. Be careful, no difference between Telkom and MWEB FUP (Fair use Policy).
