Mweb does not deliver

I had ADSL service on 2 premises. Line with Telkom, the rest with Mweb. Telkom has huge issues. Had a discussion with Mweb on 06-04-2018 and was advised to go for the LTE package at both premises with 200 gig limit.. Devices delivered 2018-04-13 late. Installed the first the same day, the second the next day

Premises a - service is still intermittent at best. Not better than ADSL, in fact worse. Tried calling techincal on 2018-04-15 and was assisted. Still an issue

Premises b - connection slightly better, but usage cap is way below my requirement.

I have been in contact with Mweb since morning 2018-04-16, but no resolution. I have emailed the sales representative Abdul various times, still waiting on a response

We have gone from a bad situation, to worse.
