Mweb does not care for their clients, now im losing a client.

Due to the lack of interest in Mweb support, especially from Gary Ewers and MWEB Abuse & Security Team, my client is leaving me .... I have an issue with mail and website issues that mweb is blocking so my client cant see his website while connected to mweb, and his emails also does not come through. Support is not assisting. and i sent multiple emails and tried calling. the Tech team needed to call me to do a ping test but no1 called. Imagine being a busy client but not getting orders via the website. He is losing business and its all mwebs fault.someone needs to call me ***
