MWEB do not worry about their poor customers living in poor areas...

I had queries with MWEB since 22 July 2022 when I complained that my internet is off, I had no help whatsoever..instead I got promises and run-arounds when I phoned. You promised us poor people that you will deliver a service to us but because we live in these areas, we are totally ignored. I tend to my 94 year old mom and are the sole breadwinner...I have paid R399 every month since my service is not working until now..I will seek other avenues to complain about the service MWEB is giving to the poor areas...I have done my part but MWEB is not a company that keeps its promises.
