Mweb do not use this ISP please terrible service

I called these people after placing an order with them over 30 times and held on and was passed from department to department to cancel an order due to their horrible poor service in getting a Vumatel line cleared.

I ended up going with Vodacom, today they send out out Vumatel to do an installation which I assumed was with Vodacom since my Vodacom router was connected during the installation.

Now Mweb is demanding that I pay an installation fee for the messup and incompetence and just messed up service. After doing nothing to clear the previous line, and after me and Vodacom sorting everything out, they simply went ahead with their order with Vumatel and im so ****ing mad with this bunch of *********** individuals who work at Mweb.

Don't deal with the people. It's shocking how rotten their service is, and now after all the work we put in to sorting this out they are demanding money form me for an order that was cancelled.
