MWEB, DO NOT USE THEM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER.

Mweb is the most pathetic service provider. Installed Fibre on the 16th of Feb but still have no internet access. We wasted over R600 airtime and still received no help at all... We app**** for the R640pm promo for uncapped wifi... This month they took R707 without any consent??? Still no wifi no nothing and they take money more than they should?? This is so pathetic. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone!!
