Mweb do not support there customer's

Well its month 5, 4 different account setups 4months for mweb *****ing my internet switching it off (got daily proof off that) cancel my cancelation forms to mweb more than 3 times now the tech problem has been sorted *****ing my internet form 10:30 to 11:30 for 5 months still not replying or reimbursing or rectifying the problem. that i did pay for. all they do is closing the tickets for why are they there for.so i send this for i have proof off every thing if u what to go further for breaching contract on 3 accounts.so i stopped my deductions and still no response ,does not help to mail phone whatsapp .
