I called two days ago for assistance with Wifi cause I don’t have signal anymore. I was transferred to OpenServ and a reference number was provided. But no one has called us or gotten back to us to follow up. I’m at home WITHOUT Wifi and it’s honestly frustrating cause I can’t work or do anything. What does one need to do for sense of urgency?

Can a consultant call me back on this? It’s urgent now!!
