MWEB dissatisfaction.

I have never been this disappointed and disgusted with the lack of service from a company. Your employees are the most unhelpful and inadequate bunch of people i have ever come across. No one can help me when i call and tell you that my fiber has not yet been connected yet your account division has the audacity to send me an invoice. MWEB your customer experience and service is awful.
