MWEB - DISHONEST

I am absolutely disgusted with MWEB. Signed up with the understanding that my contract is month to month. I now have to cancel my service and I am informed if I cancel withing 12 months I would be billed for the Installation, Router etc. NEVER during my sales call was this EVER relayed to me. I have held on for a cll centre agent to the point of distraction I am totally livid. i will fight this all the way and expect a call from MWEB client services.
