MWEB - DISGUSTING SERVICE - ZERO STARS!

My service was disconnected after payment and proof of payment was sent! I have been on the website and on the telephone for 2 x days solid (58 min in total) waiting for some sort of a response - my statement says I owe minus R5 but cannot get any response from anyone! Absolutely disgusting service and my service will be cancelled ASAP! MWEB...get your act together!
