Mweb - disgusting service for existing long-terms client!

Mweb advertises Vuma 100/100 Fibre at my address for special of R636.75/month for 6 months, thereafter R849/month. Yet, as an existing client of more than 15 years, they want to up my monthly fee to R895???? There is no mention of regular price being R895 on the website. (I have a screenshot available as at today's date as proof) Despite my frequent calls & correspondence, Karin Bestha at Customer "retentions" refuses to honour the R849/month with me. All she offers is a downgrade of speed to 50/50!!!! Customer Service at Mweb has become worse and worse over the last few years and their arrogant attitude of "take it or leave it" with existing clients is shocking and unacceptable!
